Personality: Louie isn't exactly a bright faced happy child. In fact, he's more likely to stare straight into your eyes until you break down and run off screaming. He's not loud, he's not hyper, though he is a bit smug. He also dislikes adults, just like any common child, though he bares a distinct hatred towards tall dark haired women.

Abilities: Louie's abilities are split directly down the middle; one for healing, and one for attack. Unfortunately, BOTH are at the expense of whoever he's attacking.

Louie's offense his his leeching ability. By coming in physical contact with someone, he can sap energy from them or even deliver an energy shock strong enough to paralyze them. In sapping energy from someone, he can also steal any special abilities they may have. Being the calm and collected boy that he is, he can usually figure out how to use these new abilities on his own, though it may help he often manages to sap the knowledge needed from his victim anyway.

Louie defense, oddly enough, is also his leeching ability. Over the process of draining life energy from someone, he can also heal any physical damage that's been done to him. This also happens to slowly kill his opponent as well, since he is draining their very life's essence.

While draining someone's life energy, Louie's veins begin to show up on his skin and glow green.

A separate offense of Louie's is his command over the other children in the wing. Those that've been driven mad or turned into cannibals obey him unquestionably, though the few that have managed to keep their sanity by hiding from the others in air vents and stealing food from the kitchen every so often don't like him. They are sort of...well, terrified of Louie and the other children though, so they don't pose much threat to him.
